These terms are an agreement between you and LEEPO AI (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"), Haryana, India, for your use of Golden Honey: this website (https://goldenhoney.dev) and every product made under the Golden Honey brand (the "Products"). By installing or using a Product you accept these terms.
The Products
Each Product has a page on this website that says what it does, what it costs and what it collects. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Products.
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use each Product you install or buy, under these terms.
Accounts
Most Products work without an account. Where a Product has one, it is a Golden Honey account: the same sign-in works across Golden Honey products that have accounts. Keep access to your email and Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Using the Products
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights with the Products,
- upload malware, or try to access data that is not yours,
- overload, scrape or reverse engineer the Products beyond what the law allows,
- share, publish or resell license keys, or resell the Products, without our written permission.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules. Where possible, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the issue.
Your content
You own the content you create or process with the Products. Where a Product stores your content on our servers, you give us a limited licence to store, process and display it only to run that Product for you. We do not use your content to train AI models.
AI features
Some Products use AI models, and their pages say so. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check anything important, and do not rely on it for legal, medical or financial decisions. Speech-to-text, such as in Reelread, can also mishear words.
Buying and our reseller
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it sells to you, handles checkout, collects tax, issues invoices and handles payment-related customer service and returns.
- Prices are on each Product's page and on the pricing page. Where a price says it includes tax, it is the total you pay. Otherwise tax is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
- One-time and lifetime purchases: you pay once. Lifetime access means you keep every paid feature of that Product for as long as we offer it, including updates. A license key works in the number of browsers or devices stated on the Product's page.
- Subscriptions: renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time online; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
- We may change prices. Subscribers get at least 30 days' notice, and the change applies from the next billing period. A price change never affects a one-time purchase you already made.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Products available but do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove features, and we list changes in each Product's changelog. If we stop offering a Product, we will give at least 30 days' notice, keep any data export available until the end, and refund unused prepaid subscription time.
Disclaimers and liability
The Products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Product concerned in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Ending
You can stop using a Product at any time by uninstalling it or deleting your account. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Haryana, India have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. Please contact us first: most issues are resolved quickly.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we will update the date above and say so in the changelog before they take effect. Products with accounts also notify signed-in users.
